On the Windward side of Oahu, lies the rusting carcass of the L-1011 fuesalage that was used in the TV show “Lost.” Currently, it is covered with tarp, awaiting to be rescued much like it’s passengers was.

I wasn’t an avid viewer of the show, heck, I didn’t even watch one episode!

But, somebody should try to salvage and save this sucker! Only problem, it’s a airplane, or at least part of one!
Update on August 13, 2010. I was informed that the plane was dismantled and scrapped several weeks ago.
